Owner and founder Dr. Claudia Ulbrich is an MD by training with more than 15 years of expertise in the health care industry including managerial experience in stock listed biotech companies. Broad range of experience in consulting (own consultancy and cooperation as Senior Advisor Pharma/ Life Science at Pricewaterhouse Coopers). Strategic thinking, decisive and assertive manager in the health care industry, with a strong network in science, academic research, health economy and federal ministries, political and other relevant organizations and associations. Long-term experience in working with industry and trade associations. High level of scientific and economic competence with a deep understanding for market access challenges. Excellence in negotiations, proven ability in financing, deal closing and restructuring. High level of experience in business development, marketing and PR, regulatory affairs, technology transfer and support programs including public funding. Integrative, experienced leader with proven success in sustainable guidance of international, cross functional teams.
Experienced in public affairs and external relations, as well as pricing and reimbursement since obtaining degree as health care economist (ebs) with more than 15 years in the industry. Sound knowledge of medical affairs and drug development along the valuation chain.
